Dear Seniors, Mentors, and Colleagues, Warm greetings to all. It is truly a moment of great pride, happiness, and humility for me to assume the responsibility as the President of the Indian Orthopaedic Association Central Zone (2025). Having been associated with this vibrant organization since its inception, I have witnessed its steady growth, its commitment to academic excellence, and its spirit of unity. Being entrusted with this position is both an honour and a solemn responsibility, which I accept with deep gratitude and a sincere sense of purpose. I take this opportunity to extend my heartfelt thanks to all my seniors, respected mentors, colleagues, and younger members who have always stood by me and shown their trust and affection. Your guidance and encouragement over the years have been my greatest strength. This success belongs not to an individual, but to the collective faith and teamwork of the entire Central Zone family. As we step into this new term, our foremost aim will be to further strengthen the academic and organizational foundations of our Association. We will strive to create more opportunities for academic interactions, skill development programs, CMEs, and workshops that encourage learning, collaboration, and innovation among our members. Another major priority will be to update and expand our Membership Register, and to bring more orthopaedic surgeons especially the young and enthusiastic professionals under the umbrella of the Central Zone. A strong membership base not only enhances our collective identity but also ensures that our shared voice is heard more effectively at the national level. We will also focus on improving communication and coordination among different city and district chapters, so that every member feels actively connected to the Central Zone. Transparency, inclusiveness, and teamwork will remain our guiding principles in every step we take. I firmly believe that the strength of any organization lies in the unity, dedication, and active participation of its members. With your support, I am confident that together we will make this year a milestone in the journey of the Central Zone—one marked by academic excellence, organizational integrity, and mutual respect. Let us move forward with renewed enthusiasm, shared purpose, and a common vision to serve the orthopaedic community and contribute meaningfully to the growth of our Association. Once again, I extend my deepest gratitude to each one of you for your faith, encouragement, and cooperation. Together, let us take the Central Zone to new heights of achievement and recognition. Long Live IOA! Long Live Central Zone!
