Respected Seniors, Esteemed Teachers, Dear Colleagues, and Young Orthopaedic Surgeons,
It is with immense gratitude and humility that I accept the honour of serving as the Secretary of the Central Zone of the Indian Orthopaedic Association (CEZIOA). I sincerely thank our respected seniors, mentors, and fellow members for their trust and confidence in me. I consider this responsibility an opportunity to serve our orthopaedic fraternity and contribute to the growth of our Association.
CEZIOA brings together orthopaedic surgeons from Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. Our strength lies in the wisdom of our seniors, the dedication of our colleagues, and the enthusiasm of our younger members.
As Secretary, I aim to work closely with our President, office bearers, executive committee, and members to strengthen academic activities, scientific conferences, CME programmes, workshops, and opportunities for professional development.

Empowering young orthopaedic surgeons will be one of our key priorities. We will strive to encourage research, mentorship, academic participation, and skill development while promoting knowledge-sharing and collaboration across our region.
I will also endeavour to strengthen communication with state and local chapters, enhance member engagement, promote transparency, and support initiatives that improve the professional welfare of our members. Through community outreach and public awareness, we must also extend the benefits of orthopaedic care to underserved populations.
I firmly believe that the progress of CEZIOA depends on teamwork, unity, and the active participation of every member. I seek the continued guidance of our seniors, cooperation of my colleagues, and enthusiasm of our younger members in this shared endeavour.
